    Process for getting an Appraisal from Equity 1st Appraisals

     

    Step 1. Contact Equity 1st Appraisals, and let us know why you need an appraisal as well as some details about the property

    Step 2. We will be in touch with a quote for your appraisal, and schedule a time to visit the property.

    Step 3. We will spend time in and around your property taking pictures, measurements, and notes. Please visit our How to Prepare for Appraisal page before our scheduled appointment.

    Step 4. Most of the work is done when we get back to the office as we compile our notes and do extensive research on the property and the immediate market.

    Step 5. We will send you an appraisal report that shows the value of your home, and explains in detail how we arrived at that value.

    The entire process takes approximately 5 to 7 days. However, we can accommodate urgent requests if you need your appraisal completed quickly.
