Welcome to E1R – Appraisals,

I am Larry Kirkman of Equity 1st Realty (E1R) – Appraisals, an experienced appraisal firm specializing in residential appraisals. As a Certified Residential Appraiser for New Mexico, we serve all of Albuquerque and the surrounding metro area, including Bernalillo, Valencia, Sandoval, and parts of Santa Fe Counties.

We frequently work with lenders who provide residential loans and have extensive experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA. We also work with homeowners interested in selling their homes who need to challenge their tax assessment, estate planning, and other reasons.

We provide other services like property inspections, creating floor plans, and reviewing other appraisers' valuations.
